The proposal aims to generate a house which can be build through 4 stages, according to the period of life and economical situation of the family. Located in the rural area of Rucacura, the house first stage consist only on an essential house, 55m2 with one room, bathroom and a “salon” a free plan area for kitchen and living room, as second stage two rooms can be added by replacing a window into a door. The third stage consist of a Garage and Shed for tools and logs gathering. The last one is the deck, a terrace connecting the garage and the house. a place where the family can gather and celebrate outdoors but feeling sheltered.
